Specialists in Advanced Anatomical Models We are one of the only manufacturers worldwide exclusively producing large-scale, highly detailed penile prostheses (available in 6", 7", 8", 9", and 12" base models).
Patented Movable Skin Technology We specialize in patented movable skin technology to bridge the gap between a static aesthetic piece and true biomechanical reality. Our advanced prosthetic skin is precisely 1 millimeter thick, engineered from seven distinct layers of premium silicone to replicate a hyper-lifelike texture and dynamic movement.
Handcrafted Excellence All ProEsthetX units are meticulously handcrafted by our lead fabrication team in the Czech Republic without the use of mass-production machinery. Skilled technicians prepare the molds, mix the premium silicone, and hand-inject the material. Once cured, the prosthetics are individually hand-painted using skin-safe platinum silicone paints to create an ultra-realistic, custom finish.

We exclusively use certified skin-safe materials—including Dragon Skin® 10 and Ecoflex®—which are trusted worldwide in the medical and special effects industries. These materials are ISO 10993-10 certified for irritation and sensitization, guaranteeing they are completely safe for direct skin contact.

He is the master engineer behind our custom units and patented movable skin technology. Rejecting mass-production machinery in favor of meticulous handcrafting, Richard oversees the entire physical creation of your prosthetic. From mixing and injecting the premium Dragon Skin® and Ecoflex® silicones to the hyper-realistic, multi-layered hand-painting of the final cured unit, Richard’s artistry is what brings your ProEsthetX design to life.
